Fitz was our first male and we had high expectations of him. You see John had been a little disappointed in our first Rottweiler Kai as she never grew quite big enough for him. Having only admired the breed from afar he was under the impression that they all grew to be 10 stone in weight and as tall as a Shetland Pony! (I am sure you have all heard of someone who has one). But she was a girl through and through, feminine and dainty in comparison to the males just the way the girls should be.
Fitz has exceeded our expectations and become a major part of our family. A real gentleman and a bit of a clown. He is loyal, loving and devoted. I can not imagine my life without him.
He has done us proud in the ring gaining his first and probably only CC in the ring at The Scottish Rottweiler Club Championship Show 2006. This also gave him his Stud Book Number which qualifies him for life at Crufts.
He may never achieve the title of Champion but he will always be our Champion.
We can only hope to continue producing dogs with the same sound construction and fantastic temperament.
